What I believe in...
Like everyone else, I have been through highs and lows.
I will not even try to compare the highs or the lows that all of us experience.
One thing is sure: those experiences have made me who I am today and I would not change any of them.
They have expanded my vision of myself and of the world around me.
What I believe in is that we are all here to experience life through growth. I believe that staying for too long in our comfort zone, being complacent or forgetting that the only person responsible and in charge of our own life is ourselves, is bound to send us a wake up call in form of a nudge from life that it is time to redress our boat.

It is almost as if the lows are only here to reminds us that we are worthy of receiving more...
Is it Mindset Shift
you are looking for?
Let me tell you a story.
This is story is about how Lobsters grow.
Lobsters are soft mushy animals like us. Their only protection is their rigid shell. The soft mushy tissues of the Lobsters do grow but unfortunately their shell does not. And so the only way for them to know that it is time to shed their shell and produce a bigger one is to feel its pressure on their flesh.
This pressure is the only nudge Lobster receive to know that is time to go and hide under a stone far from predators, cast their shell and continue to expand. The Lobster will repeat this process several time during its life time.

The only stimuli for the Lobster to grow is that its own "skin" becomes uncomfortable.
Truth #1:
You cannot change your life unless you change yourself.
Truth #2:
You cannot change yourself unless you shift your mindset.
Truth #3:
Once you understand and accept points #1 & #2 be aware that growth is constant so get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
